The effects of applied voltage, pulse frequency, flow rate and permittivity of dielectric material on the concentration of O3 and NO2 in a Dielectric Barrier Discharge (DBD) air plasma jet are experimentally investigated for industrial applications. Furthermore, the production and decay processes of chemical species and also time dependent chemical species concentration field in a DBD discharge region are numerically analyzed by integrated chemical reaction model with thermofluid flow field. There is a reasonable agreement of O3 and NO2 concentration with experimental data.
