Decomposition of 7 μM GSNO in the presence of 125 μM glutathione and 10 μM WT SOD (squares), 10 μM A4V SOD (diamonds), 10 μM G37R SOD (triangles) or 0 μM SOD control (circles) in 10 mM PBS at pH 7.4 and 37oC.
